Some frequently asked questions answered

Our FAQ page lists some frequently asked questions about our rooms, our services and our booking procedure answered. This will make your stay all the more enjoyable. Of course we are available if your question and/or answer is not immediately listed.

Booking procedure

If you use our booking form fill out, you can select ‘Check availability’. Of course, you can also call us at 02 414 95 41.

There are five ways to make reservations at our hotel:

  1. Complete the booking form online (the easiest way) or complete the contact form.
  2. Print your completed contact form and send it to us by fax (on 02 411 11 97).
  3. Book by email.
  4. Book by phone on 02 414 95 41. Please do send us a written confirmation the same day.
  5. Book your stay through your travel agent. Our hotel is connected to all international booking systems.

To guarantee your reservation, your credit card number and expiration date are necessary. You can send them to us by fax (on 02 411 11 97) or by mail pass them on to us.

Yes, we respond to all requests. Initially, you will receive an automatic email confirmation from us. Within 24 hours you will then receive a personal response from us – often the same day.

Yes, you will always receive a reservation number. The booking confirmation contains all the information about your reservation. You can print it out and take it with you when you come to our hotel.

Changing a confirmed reservation is very simple. Surf to the website where you made your reservation and change your reservation where necessary. If that fails, you can let us know exactly what you want to change about your reservation. We will then modify and reconfirm it for you. By the way, be sure to read our cancellation policy regarding changes within 48 hours of your arrival.

Payment

No, there is no need to worry about that. Your card will not be used for the day of arrival (check-in), as you can pay by credit card or cash. Your credit card will only be debited if your reservation is not cancelled as stated in our cancellation policy.

Even if you paid your reservation with a credit card, you can pay your hotel bill afterwards with another means of payment. Think cash (euro) or a credit card. Please note that we do not accept Travellers Checks or Euro Checks. We give change as standard in Euros.

We accept:

  • Diners Club
  • VISA
  • Eurocard/Mastercard

This is possible, but must be requested at the time of check-in or at the time of booking.

You can have two separate invoices prepared before we print the final invoice when you submit your key before departure.

Cancellation Policy

A reservation must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Without a cancellation (no show) or in case of late cancellation, we reserve the right to debit your credit card. We will then charge the price of the first night. Cancellations must be made in writing – by mail, fax or letter.

Rates

All prices are per room per night unless otherwise stated.

Weekend rates apply based on availability. If the hotel is almost fully booked, we reserve the right to no longer offer the lowest rates. Therefore, we recommend that you book as soon as possible. This is because at the time of your request, you will see the best available rates.

No, all room rates per night exclude taxes and breakfast (unless otherwise stated). Please note that a city tax of € 4.50 is added per room and per night. Breakfast in turn costs € 8.50 per person. Please reserve your breakfast at least one day in advance at the front desk.

Parking is available upon request.

If you plan to come to Brussels regularly, you can leave your business card at the reception desk. This allows our sales team to work out a customized formula for your next stay. Usually this option is worthwhile from 50 nights a year.

Confidentiality

No, we do not store your credit card number. We will request that information again on a subsequent reservation.

No. Only our booking service and accounting can contact you later. We undertake not to disclose any information about you.

Miscellaneous

Please mention when booking that you would like to arrive before noon. Depending on availability, we will do our best to meet your needs.

On the day of your departure and arrival, you can leave your luggage in our open and unattended luggage room. Luggage storage is the responsibility of the user. Thus, our hotel is not liable for theft, loss or damage. Animals, flammable and dangerous items will not be accepted in our storage facility. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse an object for security reasons. We do not accept luggage from persons not staying at our hotel.

Yes, upon arrival we will give you the login and password. After that, you can use free wifi.
